TPU tape S1 Series is made from Japan NPU TPU 70A raw material, soft, straight, smooth, over 80% transparency, 300% elongation

TPU Tape S 1 Series Feature

 

Formula: 100% TPU + 3% middle grinding grain +0.5% toughener + 0.2% softener

Process: extruded + released(1) + released(2) + proceeded in high temperature + shaped + packed in bag

Appearance: straight, natural stria, smooth ( grinding grainy transparent color)

Workability: easy to process, high elasticity and flexibility reduce the probability of rupture when sewing, be fit for sewing to all colors of top-grade brand apparels

Elasticity: 1:3 extending, not out of shape

Steamed shrinkage: 3 - 5%

Application

1. Garment, Lingerie, underwear, bra, swimwear, knitted wears, sweater.

2. Fitted sheets, sofa covers etc.
